We are not responsible for:
- Goods tampered with by third parties (for example couriers).
- Washes not compliant with product specifications.
- Errors in user-selected options (for example, product type or size).
In the event that the store provides online customization of the product, we are not responsible for:
- Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
- Inferior and/or insufficient quality or low resolution of uploaded images.
- Design errors made by the client in the design creation process.
