• Goods tampered with by third parties (e.g. couriers).
• Washes not compliant with product specifications.
• Errors in the options selected by the user (for example, product type or size).

In the event that the store provides for online customization of the product, we are not responsible for:

• Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
• Lower and/or insufficient quality or low resolution of uploaded images.
• Design mistakes made by the client in the design creation process.
