We are not responsible for:

• Goods tampered with by third parties (for example couriers).
• Washes not compliant with product specifications.
• Errors in user-selected options (for example, product type or size).

In the event that the store provides online customization of the product, we are not responsible for:

• Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
• Inferior and/or insufficient quality or low resolution of uploaded images.
• Design errors made by the client in the design creation process.
